The Role

Dean’s Plumbing is actively recruiting ambitious, skilled, and personable Apprentice Plumbers to join our team! As an Apprentice Plumber, you will serve as a Dean’s Plumbing representative, diagnose plumbing problems, provide estimates for repair, service, or installation solutions, manage supplies and processes, perform precise and efficient work, prepare invoices, and collect payments. You will receive structured, hand-on training designed to advance your skills, responsibilities, and role within the company. When you succeed, we succeed.


Required Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record

  • A clean background check and drug test

  • A commitment to teamwork and superior customer service

  • Ability to climb ladders and load vans with equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
