Plan Agreement
All Club memberships require a minimum one-year contract. Warranties will remain in effect through credit card loss or transfer, provided the transfer is made within 30 days of missed billing, and charges are brought current. Cancellation of credit source or failure to bring charges current after 30 days will result in the termination of all warranties.
We offer a warranty on most fixtures provided and installed by Dean's Plumbing. Any eligible fixture that fails to perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at no charge for as long as the Club membership is maintained. Failure of fixtures through abuse, misuse, neglect, vandalism, freezing, or earthquake will not be covered. The results of ordinary wear and tear, such as scratches and blemishes, will not constitute cause for replacement. Filter changes for water-treatment products will be charged at normal Club rates whereas filter systems are covered by manufacturers warranty.
To maintain warranties on eligible fixtures, we must inspect your plumbing system at least once a year. During this visit, your Dean's Plumbing technician will make necessary adjustments, repairs, or replacements of eligible fixtures... at absolutely no cost to you. It is the responsibitlity of the Club member to schedule this inspection. Your valid email address will allow us to send reminders to schedule this visit, and communicate credit-card processing errors should they occur.
Fixture installations must comply with local codes. Other conditions may be required for eligibility as determinded by your Dean's Plumbing technician. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, installation of emergency shutoff valves, and waste or potable water-line repairs. Maintenance or alteration of eligible fixtures by anyone other than your Dean's Plumbing technician may void warranty.
The waived emergency service fee applies only to true emergency situations. Emergency criteria include active water leaks, drain backups, no hot water, or no water to the entire home. Standard service work or non-urgent plumbing issues do not qualify for the waived emergency fee and will be subject to normal service charges.
